Cultural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (CDEI) professionals have long considered implementing best practices as the key to changing organizations. After decades of implementing CDEI best practices, it has become evident that the long standing challenges of meeting recruitment, CDEI competence, and culture changes remain elusive. Yet, the need for cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion professional competence continues to grow as the reality of the demographic shift is realized.
