The Cultural Diversity Certification Program is an innovative and comprehensive training designed to empower professionals with the knowledge and skills to foster equity, inclusion, and belonging in diverse workplaces. Participants will engage in modules crafted by experts in the field, exploring best practices and innovative approaches to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (CDIE). They will learn to assess and improve employee engagement, enhance organizational culture, and effectively address concerns related to CDEI programs.
The certification process includes rigorous training sessions, assessments, and a capstone project where participants apply their learning to a real-world challenge. Graduates of this program will leave with a comprehensive understanding of cultural diversity, equipped with the tools to make meaningful contributions to their organizations and society at large.
This course provides participants with a framework for transforming an organization into an engaged, productive, and inclusive workforce. DELA 100 training requires the completion of 10 modules. The course provides participants with exercises, short video presentations, and individual and Discussion Group activities to develop cultural diversity practitioner skills.
There are also two required scenario-based quizzes to integrate the course content.
The Designing & Developing an Eliminating Bias & Inequity Action Plan course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and develop a racial equity action plan. Participants will learn about the principles of racial equity, the importance of action planning in promoting racial equity, and practical strategies for developing and implementing effective plans.
The course will draw on the expertise and experiences of leading organizations and institutions in successfully implementing racial equity initiatives. Through short presentations, reading, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will gain the tools and insights to create impactful racial equity action plans.
